More training, more teams, the same tradition.

The Gresol Volleyball Program is taking a leap forward in quality with three days of training per week: two sessions focused on technique and strategy and one session dedicated to specific physical conditioning. The program is organized at the start of the school year so that the teams are ready for their official registration at the end of September.

The project builds on the physical training following the strong results achieved in recent months. The coaching staff also includes students and players from the school as coaches, passing on their experience and the team’s values to the next generation.

  • They train for strength, mobility, and injury prevention through specific physical conditioning.

Competition: Gresol's corporate uniform is required to participate in tournaments.

A community project. Parents can participate as team representatives, help with logistics, and foster a positive atmosphere at Saturday competitions. The goal is to preserve the sporting legacy and register teams with the Catalan Volleyball Federation when conditions allow.

A soccer program designed for learning and having fun without pressure, led by the Sabadell Atlètic professional team at the Gresol facilities. Each player progresses at their own level while being part of a program based on friendship, commitment, respect, and enthusiasm.

The after-school program takes place at noon, while the IDR Academy session is a separate afternoon program for students at a competitive level. Families also have their own classes and gatherings.

There are programs ranging from preschool and PK4 through elementary school, middle school, and high school, as well as soccer and pickleball activities for parents and Gresol alumni. Each program description specifies the grade level, skill level, or target audience.

What are the class times?

Most sessions are held at noon, between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. School pickleball takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays for grades 4–12 and on Fridays for kindergarten through grade 3, always at noon; the exact time is to be confirmed. Competitive training is a separate activity, held on Tuesdays from 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. The days for volleyball and Sabadell Atlètic have been set, with specific time slots to be confirmed. Individual instrument lessons are coordinated with the school, and soccer for parents is listed with a schedule to be confirmed.

What are the benefits of midday activities?

They allow students to make the most of the time they already spend at school, eliminate the need for additional travel, and simplify family schedules. By the time families come to pick up their children, the activity is already over, leaving them with more free time in the afternoons.

What does the new Volleyball Division include?

How Does Coding & Computational Thinking Work with Codelearn?

This is a one-hour in-person weekly activity for students ages 8 to 18, with a maximum of 12 students per group and individualized instruction. The course is taught entirely in English and combines the Codelearn platform with programming, robotics, virtual and augmented reality, Sphero and Probot robots, gamification, and assessment activities on Kahoot. Do I need to bring any equipment?

For roller skating, you’ll need skates, a helmet, and protective gear; for ballet, appropriate clothing. Educatium provides the materials for PequeDeporte, Journalism, DivertiCiencia, and YouTuber & Streamer. For pickleball, the school provides paddles, although it recommends purchasing your own through the school or from the teacher. Team uniforms are required for pickleball and volleyball tournaments.
